These grade-level lists are being updated for the 2010 - 2011 school year. If you have any questions, please contact your child's teacher or the school directly.

Preschool - Melissa Weaver (updated 12 July 2010)
• One package of napkins
• Two rolls of heavy duty paper towels
• Two bottles of hand soap (pump)
• One package of gallon Ziploc baggies
• One container of baby wipes
• Kindermat (4-fold). Purchase this from K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Staples, etc. Write your child's name on the mat using a permanent marker.
• Towel: a hand towel to be used for nap time. Prefer this size due to lack of storage. Write name using permanent marker.
• One tube of toothpaste. Choose a brand that your child likes.
• Book bag: no hooks, snaps, or wheels. Practice opening and closing. Write name on book bag.
• One box of 5 oz. Dixie cups. Look for My First Number or ABC Cups. They are great learning tools.
We will be charging a $5.00 snack fee each month (September - May). You may pay $5.00 each month or $45 for the year.

When August rolls around, I will be calling you to set a time for the beginning-of-the-year visit. Enjoy your summer. Ms. Landes and I are looking forward to meeting with you this fall.

• One Kindermat for resting. Label with name.
• One small towel for resting. Label with name.

• Backpack: no wheels or stuffed animal backpacks.
Kindergarten (A)Debra Glover (updated 12 July 2010)

• Extra clothes in Hefty bag with child's name on front of bag.
• Two 4 oz. bottles of Elmer Glue-All Multi-Purpose (orange tip)
• Two large and two small glue sticks
• Three boxes of regular crayons: Crayola 8-pack.
• One box of tissues
Backpack: regular size, not small. No drawstrings or wheels.
• One pack of three white T-shirts that will fit child in spring. Fruit of Loom, size large (10 - 12).
• Kinder-mat. Please write child's name on it. Available at Wal-Mart, K-Mart or Staples.
• Two large rolls of Bounty paper towels
• One gallon or one quart box of Hefty plastic one-zip bags
• Two packs of 8 or 9 oz. paper or plastic cups. Not Styrofoam.
• One container of Clorox disinfectant sanitary wipes


Kindergarten (B) Mrs. Kimble (updated 12 July 2010)

• Backpack regular size, not small. No wheels or drawstrings. One big zipper and compartment works best.
• Two glue sticks
• One large container of disinfectant wipes
• One box of Kleenex
• One roll of Bounty paper towels
• Kindermat (4-fold) can be purchased at Wal-Mart, K-Mart or Roses. It is red on one side and blue on the other. If you have one from preschool and it is in good shape, just send it with your child's name on it.
• Extra change of clothes in Ziploc bag labeled with child's name.
• One plain white pillow case
$10.00 art fee for the year
$6.00 monthly snack fee: $54.00 for the year

First Grade (1A)
• Pencils with erasers
• Glue
• Scissors
• Crayons
• One single-subject notebook
• One box of tissues
• Small box to keep supplies in — needs to fit in student's desk.
• Standard book bag to fit in locker (none with wheels)
• Tennis shoes for Physical Education. May be kept in locker for PE class.

First Grade (1B) - Mrs. Conrad
• Pencils
• Crayons
• Scissors
• Glue
• Construction paper
• Two boxes of tissues
• Two spiral notebooks
• Tennis shoes for Physical Education. May be kept in locker for PE class.
Second Grade (2A) Mrs. Robinson (updated 12 July 2010)
• Four single-subject (wide-ruled) spiral notebooks
• One pack of loose-leaf notebook paper
• One box of 24 crayons
• One pack of multicolored construction paper
• Two pencils with erasers on them every day of school
• One pair of scissors
• One bottle of glue
• Two folders with pockets
• Two boxes of tissues

Second Grades (2B) Mrs. Mallow
• Three single-subject spiral notebooks
• One pack of loose-leaf notebook paper
• Box of crayons
• Pencils
• Glue and/or glue stick
• Scissors
• One pack of multicolored construction paper
• One boxes of tissues
• One folder with pockets
Please be sure you have your child's name on all of these things.
Third Grades (3A & 3B) Yokum & Hammer

• Three spiral notebooks
• Loose-leaf notebook paper. No Trapper Keepers due to lack of desk space. Folders work well.
• Box of crayons (24 count)
• Pack of construction paper
• Scissors and glue sticks
• Sharpened pencils with erasers
• Two boxes of tissues
• Two dry erase markers with eraser
• Book bag (None with wheels because they will not fit into the lockers.)
• Tennis shoes for Physical Education. May be kept in the locker for PE class.
• Pencil box — large enough to hold pencils, glue sticks and scissors.
• One container of Clorox wipes

Fourth Grade (4A) 2009-2010 Letter to Students
Four 1-subject spiral notebooks
One soft-sided pencil case for pens, crayons, markers, glue, and scissors.
Loose leaf notebook paper
Tennis shoes for Physical Education
One package of dry erase markers (1 - 3)
One roll of Scotch tape for projects
One or two folders for unfinished work
Clorox or Lysol sanitary wipes for sanitation of the classroom
One box of tissues
No book bags with wheels. They don't fit in our lockers.

Fourth Grade (4B) Mrs. Simmons 2009-2010 Letter to Parents & Students
• Six 1-subject notebooks
• Loose leaf paper
• Two folders
• One box of tissues
• Cleaning wipes
• Pencils, crayons, markers, glue, scissors, and a pencil box
• Tennis shoes are required for PE class
No book bags with wheels because they will not fit in our lockers
Fifth Grade Bland & Dorsey
• Five 1-subject spiral notebooks for reading, social studies, math, music and science
• Loose leaf paper for assignments
• Crayons, markers, colored pencils
• One pack of dry erase markers
