Suggested School Supply List for the 2009 - 2010 School Year

If you have any questions, please contact your child's teacher or
the school directly.
Assignment
notebooks will be provided for grades 4 - 6 for the 2009-2010 school
year in addition to a plastic folder for communications.
Denotes change from last year.

Preschool - Melissa Weaver |
• Two boxes
of tissues
• One package of napkins
• One roll of paper towels (heavy duty)
• One bottle of hand soap (pump)
• One package of small Ziploc baggies
• One package of large Ziploc baggies
• One container of baby wipes
• Kindermat (4-fold). Purchase this from K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Staples,
etc. Write your child's name on the mat using a permanent marker.
• Towel: a hand towel to be used for nap time. Prefer this size
due to lack of storage. Write name using permanent marker
• Toothpaste-one tube. Choose a brand that your child likes.
• Change of clothes. Place in baggie. Write name on baggie.
• Book bag: no hooks, snaps, or wheels. Practice opening and
closing. Write name on book bag.
• We will be charging a $5 snack fee each month September to
May. You may pay $5 each month or $45 for the year
• One box of 5 oz. Dixie cups

When August rolls around, I will be calling
you to set a time for the beginning-of-the-year visit. Enjoy your

Roses. It is red on one side and blue on the other. If you have
one from preschool and it is in good shape, just send it with your
child's name on it.

• Book bag (None with wheels because they will not fit into
the lockers.)
