If you're new to using bookmarks, here's a screen shot to give you some tips.

Bookmarks

Each category, with the exception of the Introduction, has bookmarks. These are links to sections, subsections and sometimes other PDF documents. The topic will open at the top of your screen.

View Document Full Screen

Click on the top bookmark name and choose "hide after use" to view the document full screen as an alternative to increasing the magnification in the split screen. Click on the side bookmark tab to reopen the bookmarks.

Folders

If a folder has a + (plus) in front of it, click on the + (plus) to access its contents; click on the - (minus) to close it.

Printing

Print the pages you want by selecting File > Print > and then insert the page numbers. It is not necessary to print the entire section.

Settings

This manual has been created to open to the default settings on your computer. These include magnification of the page and how the pages are accessed: one at a time, side-by-side or continuously. You may change these settings for better viewing.
