*This procedure will start Tuesday, September 2nd - Please see the Google Map with white arrows for directions here: https://aptg.co/v5T25f

*Parents/Guardians will stay in their vehicle – A BES staff member will be at the church to communicate the students we need to deliver (multiple vehicles at one time to expedite the process) – 2 BES staff members will use the sidewalk to safely transfer students from the gym to their vehicle
*Vehicles will pull up as vehicles in the front exit - Vehicles will still exit beside the church
*Students will be delivered to their vehicle on a first come first serve basis (line order at the church) - Vehicles with multiple students will wait until all siblings/family members are present in the gym (students with siblings will not be sent out individually)
*Morning student drop-off procedure will stay the same
*Please contact BES at 304-249-5381 with any questions
