🐢 What a day! After the great turtle presentation by WV Department of Natural Resources our students got to hold a real turtle — but only after sharing a turtle fact they learned. Such a cool way to combine learning and hands-on fun! Check out the photos from the WVDNR visit!

Our Kindergarten and 1st grade students had the BEST time at our Poppas With Pizza event! 🍕Students worked side-by-side with their dads and other important role models to create their very own pizzas, play pizza themed bingo, and read some very good books!

Our students had a fantastic time at last week's assembly featuring Mick Souter's Touring Musical Theater. Mick filled our gym with music, storytelling, and plenty of Mountain Pride! A huge thank-you to Mick Souter for sharing his talents with our school today!

Yesterday, our students honored the brave men and women who have served our country with a heartfelt Veterans Day Assembly. 💙❤️ From inspiring songs and a moving Readers Theater performance, powerful facts about Veterans Day to a Veterans Prayer shared by our students, the program was a beautiful tribute to those who have made sacrifices for our freedom. A special thank you to all the veterans who joined us today — your courage, service, and dedication inspire us all.
