We are excited to announce our Summer Success Academy will take place again this year from June 10-June 27, 2023 for upcoming K-12 graders. Current students in Grades 9-12 will focus on credit recovery. It is vital for interested families to fill out the survey using the link below, to enroll students. The deadline to enroll is Friday, April 26, 2024.

Summer Success Academy registration starts April 8th and will be open until April 26th. To register, go to the Pendleton County Schools website and a pop-up will appear. In addition, the registration link will be available on all school websites and school Facebook pages.

Friday, March 8th is a scheduled Early Release Day for students. Walkers and parent pick-up will be dismissed at 12:45 and buses will pick up students at 1:00.

BES will be having our Spring Book Fair next week from February 28-March 1. The Book Fair will be available for classes throughout the day from Wednesday-Friday with additional hours on Thursday, February 29 from 3:30-5:30pm for parents and guardians to come shop.

As we get ready to celebrate Read Across America Week next week, students will have a Read-A-Thon on Monday, February 26th from 1:30-3:00pm.
Students can wear pajamas and bring a pillow and blanket to school to enjoy reading comfortably.
