One of our families lost everything in a house fire this week. The girl wears a size 12 in girl's clothing and size 5 women's shoes. The boy wears a size 12 in boy's clothing and a size 3 in boy's shoes. Any form of donations can be dropped off at Franklin Elementary School. If you have questions, please contact Wendy Kisamore, Communities In Schools Coordinator, at (304)358-2206 or email at wendy.kisamore@k12.wv.us. Thank you so much for your generosity!

Mrs. Shreve's 6th grade science students completed a planet project where they designed and created their own planet in the solar system. They named them, determined the planet's colors, climate, surface material, species, etc., and came up with two problems and two solutions for their planet that the inhabitants had to figure out. Students then created their own paper-mache and foam planets to represent their creations.
