The preschool students learned how truck driver’s make a living on Career Day. Several professionals from the community visit throughout the year to introduce and teach students about many different career opportunities. A big thank you to John Moyers for bringing his truck for the students to see.

Mrs. Kimble’s Kindergartners have been busy lately! They were engineers that built a clothesline to hold their winter mittens, and they were the Snowball Challenge Champs for grades K-2. That means her class read the most books! They enjoyed their special treat of hot cocoa and cookies!

The students love when Miss Kaylee brings the Kapla blocks for her lesson. Kapla blocks allow children to build using only balance and gravity. Students work on their communication skills while building together. Their favorite activities are building around a classmate and seeing who can make the highest tower.

Mrs. Flanigan's Kindergartners had a Blizzard of fun ice skating their numbers, building snowmen in positional order, writing sight words in the snow, cozying up with some "hot chocolate" and reading a book in their warming hut, building igloos and log cabins, ice fishing with addition, and so much more!

Mrs. Kimble’s Kindergartners celebrated 100 Days of School! They made a delicious snack, counting by tens, and enjoyed eating it outside. They also wrote sentences about what they learned in 100 days. To finish the day, they made their 100 day crown. 👑
