
Friday, December 8th is a scheduled Early Release Day for students. Walkers and parent pick-up will be dismissed at 12:45 and buses will pick up students at 1:00.

Pendleton County Schools will be operating on a two hour delay today, Wednesday, December 6.


Our Christmas Concert will be Monday, December 18th at 6pm. We would love to see you there!


The BSA will meet this Thursday, December 7th in the library at 6:00. All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend. Hope to see you there!

The Brandywine School Association is holding a Nothing Bundt Cakes fundraiser. Information and an Order Form is being sent home today with all BES students. The order Due Date is 12/15/23 with a Delivery Date to BES on 12/20/23

We have started our Annual Twelve Days of Christmas Holiday Food Drive this week!
Non-perishable food donations can be dropped off at BES, or any other Pendleton County School to benefit our local C.A.N.

BES 4th graders hosted their families for a 1st Annual Thanksgiving Parade before the break. Students created their own balloons, wrote descriptions, and presented to the group. Families then worked together to create a thankful pumpkin and played board games. Students in grades 3-6 who are interested in youth basketball and cheerleading will need to complete the following forms and return them to Travis Heavner by Dec. 1st. BES 2nd grade hosted "Poetry About Apples" for their family this past week. The event was a success due to the hard work and preparation of the whole class! Thank you to all family that showed up to support their young readers 😊📚

Middle school girls' basketball tryouts begin Monday, October 30th from 3:30-5:30pm at the PCMHS Auxiliary gym. This is for students grades 6-8. Students need to have a physical in order to participate. They also need water, gym shoes, and appropriate gym attire for tryouts.

The BSA will meet Thursday, November 2nd at 6:00 in the library. All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.

BES 3-6 students enjoyed a field trip to Monticello. It was an educational experience with beautiful sights. Check out the pictures!
