Our students had a fantastic time at last week's assembly featuring Mick Souter's Touring Musical Theater. Mick filled our gym with music, storytelling, and plenty of Mountain Pride! A huge thank-you to Mick Souter for sharing his talents with our school today!

A Sincere Thank You! βοΈ
On behalf of Brandywine Elementary School, Pendleton County Schools, Aliyah Wright, Communities In Schools Coordinator, and Principal Ryan Lambert, we extend our deepest gratitude to L&S Toyota, Shawn and Angela Ball, the Pack Family Foundation, and the Wing 2 Wing Foundation.
Because of their generosity, every school in West Virginia received a $1,500 donation for the Communities In Schools program to support children. We are truly thankful for their dedication and commitment to the well-being and success of students throughout our state.

Yesterday, our students honored the brave men and women who have served our country with a heartfelt Veterans Day Assembly. πβ€οΈ
From inspiring songs and a moving Readers Theater performance, powerful facts about Veterans Day to a Veterans Prayer shared by our students, the program was a beautiful tribute to those who have made sacrifices for our freedom.
A special thank you to all the veterans who joined us today β your courage, service, and dedication inspire us all.

Our students had an amazing time meeting the WVU Mountaineer! They even got to take part in a friendly push-up contest where one student was a lucky winner! So much fun and so much Mountaineer pride!

Our students had an *out-of-this-world* experience today! ππ
They had the opportunity to explore the planetariumβ a special theater that projects images of stars, planets, and galaxies onto a large domed ceiling. Itβs like stepping right into space without ever leaving Earth! π
Students learned all about constellations, the solar system, and the wonders of our universe! π«πͺ

Our youngest studentsβPreK through 1st gradeβbrought all the magic yesterday as they went trick-or-treating around school! π𧑠Check out these adorable costumes and sweet smiles!

Rec league basketball and cheerleading registration and volunteer forms were sent home today with students in grades 3 through 6. Please check your childβs backpack for those papers if you are interested in signing up. If you have any questions, contact Crystal Warner.
Reminder for families β°π

Congratulations to our September Perfectly Royal Attendance Winners! These lucky students had their names pulled in our attendance drawing for their consistent attendance in September!

We are so excited to celebrate our Present and Proud crowd! Thanks to the Brandywine School Association, students in the 24-25 school year with perfect attendance (0 days absent) earned grey shirts, while those with faithful attendance (5 or fewer days) earned red shirts. We're excited to share that this will be a yearly tradition, so students can look forward to be recognized for their attendance every school year!
