Pendleton County Schools is aware that the Town of Franklin will be under a boil water advisory - from Friday, March 7 through Saturday, March 8 - which includes Pendleton County Middle/High School and Franklin Elementary School. We have a plan in place to provide bottled water to all students and staff.
Fun was had at Reading Camp in 2B, with tents, and roasting marshmallows over the fire. Doing fun things helps get us through this long winter!
Please Note: Due to inclement weather and school closings, Pendleton County Schools will be in normal session March 17-March 21. Spring Break was previously scheduled for this week.

Lost and found items at FES
Pendleton County High School Baseball is offering a skills clinic for baseball players in grades 2 through 7 on Sunday, February 23 and Saturday, March 1 at the PCHS gym. The cost is $20, and all proceeds will benefit Wildcat Baseball. Fundamentals of emphasis will include: hitting, fielding, pitching, catching. FES Class and Spring Photos will be taken on Tuesday, February 18th.
Class pictures need to be preordered using the provided envelope and returned to the school on or before picture day. The photographer takes these with them the day of pictures.

Spring pictures will have a proof sent home a few weeks after picture day. You will be able to order spring pictures once you have received the proof.

Mrs. George’s Family Fun Night : Winterfest…. Coloring, Snowman Craft, Snack and Paper Snowball Fight against Parents!
Anger Management for Youth is a free, interactive session where participants will
learn strategies to identify and cope with their anger in healthier ways. Parents
and caregivers are highly encouraged to attend with their child. This training is
designed for youth ages 10-17, though sessions are separated by age range:
elementary (8-12) and secondary (13-17).

The WV Advisory Council for the Education of Exceptional Children (WVACEEC) is hosting a Virtual Resource on the evening of February 13, 2025, from 6-8 pm.
