Kindergarten through second grade visited different countries like Spain, France, England, Mexico, and China learning about different Christmas traditions and doing a craft at each one.
2nd Grade enjoyed Family FUN Night, with board games and raffle prizes! It's great when families play games together!!

Pendleton County Schools will have a Non-traditional instructional day today, Monday, December 11.
Pendleton County Schools will be operating on a two hour delay Monday, December 11th.
The Pendleton County Healthy Grandfamilies program will be meeting on Tuesday Dec. 12 at 4:00 pm at Pendleton County High School on the topic of Cyber Safety. Any Grandparent who is the primary caretaker of their grandchildren are invited to participate in the program. Franklin Elementary School had a very special visitor today! The students were very excited to meet "Penny", the therapy dog.

Kindergarten A and B listened to the book, "Balloons Over Broadway" about balloon maker and puppeteer, Tony! With Tony's inspiration, our Kinderstars designed their very own Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade balloons and held a Balloon Parade through the hallways of FES!
