Today's school counselor to be recognized is Ms. Kellee Waddell; she feels that this position gives her an opportunity to remind students how wonderful they are. Her role is to support each student to be the best "them" they can be and to develop social and emotional skills.


Today's school counselor to be recognized is Ms. Victoria Rhodes who aspires to contribute positively to the school culture where students, families, and teachers feel seen, heard, and supported. Ms. Rhodes' advice is to never assume you what someone else is thinking.

Today's school counselor to be recognized is Mr. Phillip (PJ) Combs. Mr. Combs' favorite aspect of counseling is that he can serve the entire school body, and he strives to maximize student potential. Mr. Combs feels that everyone can benefit from learning acceptance.


Today's school counselor to be recognized is Mr. Steven Barnett who provides academic, career, and social emotional support to all students so that they may successful in and out of the classroom. Mr. Barnett enjoys mentoring students and helping them grow into mature adults.


Today's school counselor to be recognized is Ms. Ali Judy who has been a school counselor for 9 years. Ms. Judy says that being a school counselor is rewarding because she gets to help students succeed and she has an opportunity to make a difference in young people's lives.


February 6-10 is National School Counseling week! Thank your school counselor this week for all that they do!
