
F.E.S Pre-Kindergarten students invited over 60 family members in for a special holiday
concert led by Ms. Sharon Granofsky. Students sang, played instruments, and performed
finger-play poems. Families learned the benefits of reading aloud to young children, and enjoyed a reception sponsored by Community In Schools. Students presented artwork to their families as holiday gifts.


KA knew the Gingerbread Man was in trouble. After all, he smells so delicious! So, they thought and they crafted to create clever disguises. Now their Gingerbreads no longer have to fear being eaten.

3A student's presentation on the first Thanksgiving and events that led to it.




A basketball skills clinic for students in Grades 3-6 will be December 14 from 10am-1pm at the PCMHS gym.
*3rd and 4th grade boys clinic will be from 10-10:30am.
*3rd and 4th grade girls clinic will be from 10:30-11am.
*5th and 6th grade boys clinic will be from from 11-11:30am.
*5th and 6th grade girls clinic will be from 11:30am-12pm with a coaches meeting to follow.
*Coaches meeting from 12-1pm.
Those who have not turned in their registration fee must be turned in during skills day or first practice and physicals must be turned into coaches prior to first game.

Tomorrow, Friday, December 6th, Pendleton County Schools will be operating on a 3-hour delay.

Spaghetti Dinner and Silent Auction


FES invited relatives of students who have served or are currently serving in the military to join us for a Veteran's Day Luncheon. The same day our 5th and 6th grade student participated in the Holiday cards for the military challenge to design and write heartfelt holiday cards for deployed troops.


Mrs. Dove's 3rd grade classroom participated in readers theaters today. Three different readers theaters were performed in which the students had to draw their settings, make their own props, and perform the plays. Students performed "The 3 Billy Goats Gruff," "The Little Boy Who Cried Wolf," and "Rumplestiltskin."
